Terms of service

Terms of Use

This Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of our shop (including this website, hereinafter the two are not distinguished). These Terms apply to all customers who use our shop.

Consent to Terms

By using our shop, you are deemed to have given your valid and irrevocable consent to these Terms. Customers who do not agree to these Terms may not use our shop.

Registration

Those who wish to use our shop must apply for registration by the method specified by our shop after agreeing to these Terms. Registration is completed when our shop approves the application.

Refusal of Registration

Our shop may refuse registration if it judges any of the following applies. Our shop is under no obligation to disclose the reasons for refusal:

  • Providing false information.

  • Application by a person who has violated these Terms in the past.

  • Other cases where our shop judges registration inappropriate.

Use by Minors

If you are a minor, please use our shop with the consent of your legal guardian. If you begin using our shop without such consent and reach the age of majority, you are deemed to have ratified the use during your minority.

Management of Login Information

You are responsible for managing your login information appropriately. You must not transfer, lend, or share your login information with third parties under any circumstances. Our shop is not liable for damages caused by third-party use of login information, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by our shop.

Orders

When you place an order, your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from our shop. Our acceptance of your offer is completed when we send a notification (such as an email) informing you that the product has been shipped.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations due to customer reasons are not accepted.

Termination Due to Violation of Terms

Our shop may terminate the sales contract without prior notice if any of the following applies, and will not be liable for damages:

  • Violation or potential violation of these Terms.

  • Previous violation by the customer or related persons.

  • Loss of trust between our shop and the customer as judged by our shop.

Refusal of Receipt, etc.

If you refuse to receive the product, the delivery address is unknown, or delivery cannot be made for other reasons attributable to you, you will be liable for the costs including round-trip shipping fees, cash-on-delivery fees, return handling fees, storage fees, re-shipping fees, certified mail, communication costs, packaging materials, and labor costs related to shipping and return. Our shop may charge you these costs.

If the product is not received within the following storage period, the sales contract will be deemed canceled at your convenience. In this case, our shop is relieved of the obligation to deliver, and you must pay compensation and the product price immediately.

Product Storage Period: 7 days

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of clear defects. Defective products must be reported within 3 days from the day after receipt by email to the designated address, describing the specific defect. After this period, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Other Rules Regarding Sales

In addition to the above sections (“Orders,” “Order Cancellation,” “Termination Due to Violation,” “Refusal of Receipt,” and “Returns and Exchanges”), payment methods, transfer of ownership, shipping methods, order cancellation, or return methods are governed by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and other separately defined rules by our shop.

Late Payment Charges

Customers who delay payment of monetary obligations to our shop shall pay late charges at an annual rate of 14.6%.

Customer Submissions

You represent and warrant that you have the lawful rights to send information contained in your submissions, and that your submissions do not infringe on any intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.

Copyrights of your submissions remain with you. Our shop does not acquire copyrights but may use your submissions free of charge, without time or territorial limits, for purposes of providing, maintaining, improving, or promoting our services.

You are responsible for backing up your submissions. Our shop is not obligated to do so.

You must not submit information that:

  • Infringes intellectual property rights or other rights.

  • Contains personal information identifiable to you (except as required for registration).

  • Contains obscene expressions.

  • Intends to meet strangers or for obscene acts.

  • Includes expressions encouraging self-harm or suicide.

  • Involves drug transactions or improper use.

  • Contains religious, political advertisements.

  • Relates to network business solicitations.

  • Is junk or spam mail.

  • May negatively affect minors.

  • Contains cruel or offensive expressions.

  • Contains viruses or unauthorized programs.

  • Other inappropriate information as judged by our shop.

Advertisements

Our shop may display advertisements of itself or third parties on the website.

Prohibited Acts

Customers shall not:

  • Violate laws, court orders, or binding administrative actions.

  • Commit crimes or related acts.

  • Infringe intellectual property rights, privacy, or honor.

  • Overburden or disrupt our servers or networks.

  • Interfere with service operation.

  • Attempt unauthorized access.

  • Reverse engineer or analyze software.

  • Illegally access or alter our systems.

  • Reproduce, transmit, transfer, lend, or modify our software or site content.

  • Rent, transfer, or sell accounts or content for profit.

  • Commercially exploit information obtained.

  • Gain profit in unintended ways.

  • Advertise or solicit without permission.

  • Collect others’ personal data.

  • Use service for illegal or improper purposes.

  • Cause disadvantages to others.

  • Impersonate other users.

  • Use others’ accounts.

  • Seek meetings with strangers.

  • Support antisocial forces.

  • Violate public order and morals.

  • Use the service in unsafe situations.

  • Other inappropriate acts judged by our shop.

Exclusion of Antisocial Forces

You declare that neither you nor your organization have any relation with antisocial forces such as organized crime groups, and will not engage in acts involving such forces. You guarantee non-involvement now and in the future.

Usage Restrictions

Our shop may restrict or cancel your registration without prior notice if you:

  • Violate these Terms.

  • Provide false registration details.

  • Fail to fulfill financial obligations.

  • Fail to respond to our contact.

  • Have not used the service for a considerable period.

  • Are judged to be antisocial forces or related.

  • Are otherwise judged unsuitable.

Service Suspension

Our shop may suspend or interrupt service without notice due to:

  • System maintenance or updates.

  • Natural disasters or force majeure.

  • Accidents causing system or communication failure.

  • Other reasons making service provision difficult.

Our shop is not liable for damages caused by such suspension.

Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the service by following the procedure specified by our shop.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our shop does not guarantee the absence of system bugs or third-party rights infringement in content. We do not guarantee safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Our shop is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, except where consumer contract laws apply. Even then, our shop excludes liability for special damages resulting from negligence (except gross negligence).

Our shop is not responsible for disputes between customers or with third parties.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer to our shop.

Change of Service Content

Our shop may change, suspend, or terminate the service without notice and is not liable for resulting damages.

Changes to Terms

Our shop may change these Terms at any time without notice. Changes become effective upon posting on the website. Continued use after changes implies consent.

Handling of Personal Information

Personal information obtained through use of our shop will be handled appropriately according to our privacy policy.

Notices

Notices between you and our shop shall be made by methods specified by our shop. Unless otherwise notified, current contact information on file is considered valid.

Transfer of Rights and Obligations

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent of our shop.

Business Transfer

In case of business transfer or merger, our shop may transfer your information and contract status to the successor. You are deemed to consent.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Japanese law.

Jurisdiction

In case of disputes, the Fukuoka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
