About orders
- Orders must be placed on each product page. We cannot accept orders via email or phone.
- The delivery company may contact you at the registered delivery phone number. Please register a phone number that is easy to reach during the day.
- The application deadline is within 7 days after placing your order. If payment is not received within 7 days after placing your order, we will assume that you have no intention of purchasing and your order will be automatically canceled.
- Although we manage our inventory sufficiently, if the item you ordered is out of stock, we may cancel your order when we send you the order confirmation email. Thank you for your understanding.
- As one-of-a-kind pieces are displayed in department stores and in-store, they may already be sold out by the time you place your order.
- Please contact us by shop-mail to inquire about high-priced items. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please check the sales quantity on each product page. Some products may be sold in limited quantities.
Payment
Payment can only be made by credit card ( VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Card ). Payment can only be made once.
Our website uses a security system called SSL, and all of your important credit card information is encrypted before being transmitted.
About delivery
Delivery method: Yamato Transport
*We do not accept any delivery methods other than those listed above.
Shipping fee is 1,500 yen (plus tax) nationwide
*Shipping costs may vary depending on the purchase amount.
Delivery time
- Except for custom-made products, we will deliver within 7 days of your order.
- For items in stock, once payment has been confirmed, the earliest delivery date will be two days after the order is placed (excluding holidays). If you specify a delivery date and time, the item will be delivered on that date and time.
Returns and Refunds
Returns
If the product is damaged, if we send you the wrong size, or if there is any other defect due to our negligence, we will cover the shipping costs and replace the product as soon as possible.
If you would like to return or receive a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
However, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- It was different from what I had imagined.
- When I tried it on, the size didn't fit.
- The color is different from the monitor.
Tsumugi is a natural material, so there may be some imperfections. This is a product characteristic that makes the most of the quality of Tsumugi, so it is not a defect.
The color of the image is not considered a defect on our part. If you would like more information about the color, please contact us before purchasing.
We will only accept returns if the item is unused. In this case, please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Even if the item has not been used outside, we cannot accept returns if it has been tried on or if it has been damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession.
Return shipping fee
If the product is damaged, the wrong size, or is otherwise returned due to our negligence, please return the product within 7 days of receipt with postage prepaid.
If you wish to return the product for personal reasons, please return it within 7 days of receipt, with shipping costs borne by the customer.
refund
We will only refund the product price, excluding shipping costs.
Once we have received the returned item, we will issue a refund within two weeks.
