This coat is made with the auspicious "Seven Treasures Pattern" from "Kurume Handwoven Kasuri," a traditional craft representative of Fukuoka Prefecture, and is finished in a dignified style.
A distinctive feature of handwoven cotton is the "kasuri-ashi" pattern, where the outline of the pattern appears slightly blurred. This creates a unique soft look and depth that cannot be found in the sharp straight lines of machine-woven cotton.
